கூடங்குளம் அணுஉலையை இரவு நேரத்தில் ஓரிரு மணி நேரங்கள் சுற்றிப் பார்த்துவிட்டு (இருட்டுக்குள் என்னத்தைப் பார்த்தாரோ ஆண்டவனுக்கே வெளிச்சம்) உலகத்தரம் வாய்ந்தது, உன்னதமானது என்று சான்றிதழ் வழங்கிய உலகப் புகழ் விஞ்ஞானி அய்யா அப்துல் கலாம் அவர்களை அன்று முதல் காணவேயில்லையே? தல பரிசோதனை நடத்தும் முன்பே தி இந்து பத்திரிக்கையில் ஒரு முழுப் பக்க புகழ் கட்டுரை எழுதியவ்ராயிற்றே? ஏன் உலகத்தரம் வாய்ந்த அணுஉலை மூச்சற்றுக் கிடக்கிறது, எதுவும் உற்பத்தி செய்யாமலே இன்னும் 4,000 கோடி ரூபாயை ஏப்பம் விட்டது எப்படி என்ற அறிவியல் உண்மைகளை அடுத்தக் கட்டுரையாக எழுதலாமே?
Dr. Abdul Kalam has been missing ever since he came down to Koodankulam to inspect the KKNPP in the middle of the night for a few hours (God alone knows what he saw in the darkness) and issued "the best and the world-class reactor" certificate. Even before he came to inspect the reactor, he had written a full-page article in The Hindu newspaper praising the project. Why can't he write another article explaining why the world-class reactor fails to breathe, and how they managed to swallow up an additional amount of Rs. 4,000 crores without producing anything?
